Who I train
Whether you are new to exercise, returning after a long break or are training for a specific goal. I work with people from of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. I have a particular interest in working with women during mid-life and with older adults.

Where I train
I operate from Powerhouse Canberra, within the National Hockey Centre, 196 Mouat Street, Lyneham. Between training sessions my clients are welcome to train at Powerhouse or any other facility they prefer.

Getting started
We start with a phone conversation. I want to understand your goals and how I can best assist you. We then book your initial training session to explore your current patterns of movement, your strengths, and any restrictions, prior to developing a personalised program.

For newcomers to the gym we really understand how difficult it can be to take those first steps. Personal training offers a supportive environment to grasp the fundamentals at a pace that suits you, accompanied by unwavering encouragement and guidance.
For those returning after a hiatus – whether due to injury, post-pregnancy, or other life demands – we provide support to safely resume your fitness journey, free from the pressures of comparing yourself to a past version.
For clients with specific performance goals, whether that’s sports specific, meeting police or military entry standards, or any personal fitness aspirations, personal training provides a structured approach, accountability, and the opportunity to refine technique, and push past plateaus with expert guidance.
Most people will achieve superior results by working with a trainer. Every workout becomes purposeful and results-driven, and we definitely notice if you don’t turn up.
