Health and wellness coaching is a deeply personalised and transformative process, recognising that each individual's path is distinct. Through meaningful discussions we seek to understand your aspirations and ambitions, and will explore your pain points and challenges to uncover what might be holding you back from achieving your health and wellness goals.
We collaborate to develop strategies that are tailored to suit your unique circumstances, to ensure the solutions resonate with your life and enable you to make lasting change. As your coach, I provide unwavering support – guiding you in implementing these strategies and continually adapting them as life's realities arise.
Through our programs, you will find an array of resources available to you – whether it be through curated tools, educational materials, or connections to related services. With your agreement I will coordinate with your other health care providers to help you achieve the best health outcomes. This may include keeping your treatment team up-to-date, or participating in formal multidisciplinary meetings.
I am committed to being your advocate, confidante, and ally throughout your health and wellness journey, and helping you to live your best life regardless of your age, colour, shape, size or ability.

Our Individual Programs

Spark
Are you struggling with feelings of fatigue, exhaustion and overwhelm? Do you need help to find the energy for the important things in your life?
Together we will develop and implement a personalised plan to help you regain your vitality.
We will work to identify and reduce sources of stress, and explore strategies to support your physical and mental health. This might involve improving your sleep quality and quantity, changing your eating habits, starting or returning to regular exercise, or exploring time management. Ultimately, the path we take is determined by you.

Bloom
Are you a woman needing help navigating your unique experience of perimenopause?
Do you want to understand the changes that are happening to your hormones, your mind and body? Perhaps you need help managing symptoms, and want to remain healthy through mid-life and beyond?
Together we will work to implement daily routines to help manage perimenopause symptoms and mindset strategies to maintain a positive sense of self. Your plans might include exercise, eating habits or sleep hygiene to optimise body composition, maintain muscle mass and bone health. We hope to give you a sense of calm through what might feel like chaos.
How does it work
Duration
The Spark and Bloom programs will usually take 3-6 months as we work together to implement real, lasting change.
The time between sessions varies depending on the time required for your follow up actions, and the level of support you need.
Most people will start with weekly appointments initially and then reduce to fortnightly and then monthly sessions.
Initial appointments (Up to 90 minutes)
Your first appointment will be all about getting to know you. This will involve discussing your medical history, current health status, and lifestyle. We will also explore your values, challenges and goals and start to develop a plan that would move you forward. At the end of your appointment we will discuss follow-up appointments and the approach this is best suited to support you.
Initial fee: $230
Follow up appointments (60 or 30 minutes)
During follow up appointments we will work through the areas of the program most relevant to your needs. I guide you through the process of breaking down your goals into achievable action steps. We uncover potential barriers to change, develop mitigation strategies and work through obstacles as they arise.
Follow-up (60 minute): $180
Follow-up (30 minute): $100
Between appointments
Between your appointments you will work on the action steps that you have decided will take you towards your goals. Sometimes this will be one-off actions such as journalling on a specific topic, and other times these will be repeated tasks or behaviours that you perform over several days, weeks or are potentially ongoing.
Depending on your individual needs we may have brief check-ins between sessions via WhatsApp or text message.
Location
In person appointments are held in a private consulting room within the Axis Apartments, 1 Mouat Street, Lyneham. Video consultations are also available if required.
There is designated free parking located on site.
Housekeeping
We aim to run on time for all appointments. If you are running late that’s OK, however, we will need to finish at your designated finish time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we appreciate 24 hours notice, otherwise you may incur a cancellation fee.
